I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the location wasn't ideal. The hotel itself was nice, but I had some issues with its placement. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff, who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was also clean and well-maintained, which was a big plus. However, I did find the location to be a bit far from the city center, and the surrounding area lacked any real charm or character. Despite this, the hotel's excellent service and cleanliness made up for any minor drawbacks.

“Overall reasonable hotel with some helpful staff but Harriet and others need customer service training”

My stay was a mixed bag - I received excellent service from Gisela and the manager, who helped me resolve an issue with a taxi driver. However, I had a poor experience with Harriet at reception, who was quite rude. Additionally, I found it challenging to communicate with staff due to a language barrier, and the vegetarian options were limited.

I appreciated the hotel's helpful staff and spacious, clean room, although I had to request shampoo and there was no safety box. The hotel's quiet location, surrounded by small shops, was a plus. However, I found the breakfast to be subpar, the Wi-Fi was weak, and the hotel was quite far from other attractions.

I had a great experience at this hotel, everything was as described. Although it's a bit far from the city, I could easily get a tuk-tuk to take me there and back for a reasonable price. The staff were amazing and very willing to help. The food and drinks on site were fresh and reasonably priced.
