Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of local treats served in a beautiful restaurant hall. When I arrived, I discovered that the room rate with breakfast also included snacks and drinks at lunch, a dinner buffet, and a bar dinner on the top floor, plus a large selection of drinks and alcohol—all included in the price, which was a pleasant surprise. I had booked a triple room for three adults, specifying that the third bed was for a tall man, but the room only had a short bed that didn’t fit him; the hotel offered no alternative except a cheaper room, claiming the larger bed was already taken.

The hotel is superb, well maintained with excellent facilities, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially concierge Malaak who went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of. There is nothing to dislike.

I’d like to thank Mr. Dimitris in the Gold lounge and Mr. Yasser for the wonderful hospitality and truly exceptional service, but my room was directly under the restaurant on the 15th floor, so I could constantly hear chairs being moved.
