The building is welcoming, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are elegant for the target audience. The location is great, just a few minutes from the metro station (5 minutes to the station and six minutes into the city center). The neighborhood is quiet, and everything went as it should.

The room was comfortable and modern, meeting our expectations.

The location is good, and the room is large. The door handles are loose, the bathroom door didn’t close properly due to poor workmanship, and the breakfast was average.

The location was okay and the staff on site were very friendly. However, the room felt noticeably smaller than described on Booking, and the photos looked different from what we booked. There were also a lot of long black hairs on the floor, bed, and in the bathroom—something that should have been caught during cleaning or the room check. When we mentioned this at reception, they offered a fresh cleaning, but they only cleaned the floor; the hair remained on the bed and in the bathroom even after we pointed it out. I definitely won't return—disappointing.
