“Nice views”

The view of the surrounding rice terraces was great and the bed was comfy, but the host didn’t speak English, there was no breakfast, and the pool was dirty. Walking up the steps with bags to reach the room was a real hike, and the room only had a fan—no air‑con. For what it offered, it felt expensive.

“Lieu splendide mais un semblant d’hôtel fermé”

The location is great and the scenery is stunning, we got a nice room and enjoyed the pool, and on the first evening they prepared dinner for us while we were the only guests; however, the next day nobody was around, we were told the kitchen was closed, a young boy made us a soup for breakfast that we couldn’t have for dinner, and the pool was empty so we couldn’t use it, which was very disappointing.

“En pleine nature”

Situé à l’écart de Mu Cang Chai, au milieu des rizières et dans un calme total. La propriétaire est absolument adorable. Elle nous a préparé un dîner à notre demande, et selon notre choix délicieux. Petit déjeuner succinct. Les chalets sont en hauteur. Le lit était très confortable. Nous avons passé un bon moment malgré la pluie. Situé à l’écart, de la ville. Difficile d’accès sans voiture ou sans scooter. Une fois qu’on y est à part des balades aux alentours, pas grand-chose à faire.
