“The agents who book this room for me behaved worst than some road side PIMPS”

I liked the breakfast, but these agents are the culprits—they booked me without breakfast and I had to pay for it. I have stayed at this property several times and the rate always includes Bed & Breakfast, yet the so‑called agents cut my breakfast without my confirmation and I paid extra, or the whole cost is 4500 per night by the hotel. I will never book through these agents again; they are hopeless. I also received an email after paying the agents in advance that says my room is booked but confirmation is from the property owners—what is this? I wish I could slap such agents who behave like PIPMS.

“もう来ません”

The security guard at the entrance was very kind, but every morning they knocked on my room to ask me to write a review for their evaluation. The air conditioner is old and has no cold air, and the room humidity caused mold to grow. I was unexpectedly fined for a broken glass that I didn’t break, and the refrigerator is completely non‑functional.

“Gokulam Park hotel and the Convention center were different entities, not as per the expectation.”

Breakfast was served cold, and the vegetarian options were limited. The staff’s behavior was very reserved, typical of Kerala style, and not what you expect from a star hotel.

“Nice.”

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the shower had warm water. The air conditioner was very noisy, so for better sleep we had to turn it off, which made the room warm.
