Absolutely unacceptable – do not stay here This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. We paid a significant amount of money for our stay, yet the conditions were completely unacceptable. Our room was located in a building undergoing massive construction and renovation while guests were still staying there. Workers were present directly outside our room throughout the entire day, making it impossible to enjoy any privacy, peace, or normal holiday experience. The most unacceptable issue was the lack of running water. For most of our stay, there was no water in the shower, sink, or toilet. This made it impossible to shower properly or even use the bathroom normally. When we complained to the staff, their initial solution was simply to give us a bottle of water so that we could brush our teeth. Only after we became extremely upset did they finally turn the water back on — and even then, it lasted for only about 30 minutes. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of consideration from the management. Despite the severe inconvenience and the fact that we paid a substantial amount for the room, the management did not even offer or consider any form of compensation or refund. There was no meaningful attempt to make up for the extremely poor conditions we were forced to endure. This is completely unacceptable for accommodation that charges a significant amount of money. If a property is undergoing major construction and cannot provide basic necessities such as reliable running water, it should not be hosting paying guests in those rooms. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, disappointing, and far from what anyone should reasonably expect when paying for accommodation. We strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially until the construction is completely finished and the basic facilities are reliably functioning
