The hotel itself was tidy and pleasant, with rooms that were also clean and had plenty of storage. The pool area was decent and the children’s zone by the pool was a nice touch. The doormen and security staff were consistently friendly and ready to help, especially when you’re lugging a lot of luggage up. However, the on‑site restaurant was disappointing; the food quality felt like a joke, and the prices were unacceptable. We had to dine there several times because my kids needed to eat early, but even simple dishes like chicken tinola were too salty. Compared to other hotels in Alabang that offer similar rates, this place feels overpriced, likely because it’s the only decent option nearby.

The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was filthy during this visit, and the glass panels were so stained that you couldn’t see through them. Previously, breakfast was included with the room, but this time I had to pay 599php per person for breakfast.
