How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location near the forest and close to a Lidl store was convenient. However, the room was very dirty, smoked, and it was unpleasant and disgusting to stay there, especially with children 😢.

The price, room, and bed were good, and flexible check‑in via the key box worked well. Other residents or workers who stayed there didn’t keep everything tidy, especially the kitchen, and the outdoor area wasn’t well maintained.

The location was perfect for my excursion, but the bathroom was terribly dirty and the check‑in had some issues; the room itself was just okay.

The receptionist on Paderborner Straße was friendly, yet the building felt like a broken house with sagging beds, a filthy outside bathroom, and no towels or soap.
