The hotel staff were very kind and helpful; whatever you need, they will do it immediately. From the street entrance you can't tell that this is a hotel, but inside it matches the pictures. We were a family and needed two rooms; they gave us rooms next to each other, which made our stay easier. The environment is safe and nice.
