The staff was nice, but they couldn't check me in, so I had to leave my credit card at the front desk all night, which made me uneasy. The place is far from clean and feels worn out; sheets, towels, everything is dingy, and the rug at the entrance is filthy.

Getting food and a 7‑11 was convenient, and the cleaning service was fairly regular. The Wi‑Fi was terrible, the kitchen had no utensils, and the bed was uncomfortable with thin pillows—definitely room for improvement in how Sens furnishes and equips their rooms.
