“We immediately checked out after seeing the third roach”
The interior looked nice and it was convenient for the event, but I found two large roaches dead in the room and one small roach alive that ran across the bed.

Everything was perfect—nothing I didn’t like at all.

The front‑desk rep, Ray Mantanona, was super friendly and helpful, and the parking was almost empty; the room even had a washer and dryer. I was annoyed that the pool closed too early, there were stains on the carpet, the TV selection was thin, the décor felt dated, and some areas of the room showed rust or brown discoloration.

They offered a free crib and managed to place me near my family. The washer was broken, the room had a strong musky odor that forced us to ventilate it, the carpet bore many bleach stains, the furniture was outdated, the fridge looked old and rusty inside, and algae covered the balcony.

It was secluded but a long walk from the main lobby. The room simultaneously smelled moldy and stale.
