The hotel is meticulous. The rooms are small but spotless and well maintained. No doubt we’ll return.

The place is lovely, especially for kosher options, and the rooms are modern and clean. Everything we needed was there, thanks for a great stay. I’d like a bathroom door that fully closes and ideally locks.

We loved the place, the hotel, and the cleanliness—it was charming. The food was tasty and the atmosphere luxurious, so we’ll definitely come back. The water was a bit cold, even though they insist it’s heated.

The property has been refreshed with a nice design. The lobby floor feels welcoming and pretty. It’s in a great spot, just a few minutes’ drive to the crater. The pool is lovely and family‑friendly, with plenty of seating for kids. There’s no official parking, so you have to sort that out yourself (remember to take off your Pango when you drive and put it back each day). The biggest let‑down was breakfast. I only ate “close” items like small packaged butter and jams; the jams came in large jars and there were no small fresh ones. For drinks I expected a barista, but there was only a coffee machine. Freshly squeezed juice was missing, which was disappointing—when I asked, they pointed me to a machine that only gives regular orange juice. My husband and son found a decent variety of dishes, so overall it’s okay, but not for me. We were there during Sukkot, so the price was higher than usual; maybe at a lower rate it wouldn’t bother me, but in this case I expected better value for money.
