The only plus was that there’s a 24‑hour shop, café and coffee shop nearby. We booked a family suite with two bedrooms but were given a one‑bedroom room; the windows didn’t open at all. At check‑in the outside temperature was above 40 °C, the room air was stale and stuffy, and the bedding wasn’t fresh. The toilet tank didn’t work, so my husband had to fix it himself. When turning on the shower tap, water sprayed in all directions. The TV was broken. Breakfast was sparse: 6 portions of cottage cheese and boiled eggs for 10 people. We asked the manager to move us to a room with windows, but were denied, saying all rooms were occupied, yet at night it was clear no rooms had lights on. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The receptionist was a young guy who didn’t care about our requests or complaints and was playing on his phone.
