The property is beautiful, everything is great, breakfast is superb. The wellness and spa area is wonderful, the massages are amazing, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
Breakfasts were very good and there was a large selection of saunas. There was no information at all about the renovation in the property. The ongoing work greatly hampers relaxation, and the staff seem to downplay the issue. Unfortunately, communication is lacking.
We weren’t allowed to use the sauna in swimsuits; they told us to take off our clothes, which conflicted with our beliefs. The spa was included in the price, but we couldn’t use it.
The reception staff were very friendly and breakfasts were good. The room was fairly quiet, despite the ongoing renovation, and the pool was pleasant. The beds were poorly positioned relative to the door—when opening the door you can see someone lying in bed, which is quite uncomfortable. Extra trash bins in the room would also be helpful.
