A TV in the hallway started blaring in the middle of the night, so I headed down to the lobby, asked for assistance, and they moved me into another room.

The property was clean, the rooms looked nice and the view was beautiful, but when I arrived at the hotel at 12 am they greeted me poorly, gave no clue which floor my room was on, and when I asked for a key‑card they couldn’t provide one—even at breakfast the service was far from friendly.
