The location is fine. The room’s décor uses very dark colours; the un-suit bathroom is well equipped but its tiles are cracked and, in my view, not luxurious enough for the premium price paid. The noise from the function below was extremely loud until midnight, but as a city‑center hotel I understand higher noise levels. The most disappointing aspect was the view of roofs and debris; we kept the curtains closed, so overall it was disappointing and I would not recommend it if you’re seeking a Grand Central‑style luxury feel. I’m sure there are rooms that offer that, but be aware some don’t.
