Instead of a broken sofa with a pleasant feel inside, they gave us a room in the next suite, which was the extra point. The place was under construction, literally. I had selected a room with a private bathroom, but it turned out that the bathroom was shared among three rooms. The room itself was a storage space with a bed and a sofa (sleeping on it was impossible). The linens were not fresh, had been used, and there was a smell. We would have liked to refuse, but we arrived very late and with a child, so we didn't have the energy to find another option that night. I don't understand how such a high rating is possible; I've traveled a lot and never seen anything like this. This is the first time I'm giving such a low score. There's also a separate issue with a bed that had a folded mattress on a broken wall… photos attached.
