I had stayed here before and liked the location, but this time the building looked run down with a lot of clutter around, there was water leakage in the room, and after being promised a late checkout I was blamed on another staff member in a digitally run hotel.

The location, room size, and look are positives, but the services need major improvement; the king‑size rooms are nice and cool, yet the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had, the room service quality and quantity were embarrassing and questionable, and the total price including breakfast doesn’t justify the cost – don’t waste money.
