I always feel safe and welcomed at HIE; I snagged a last‑minute room without any hassle and check‑in was smooth, plus there was a wide range of breakfast options, but the room had a faint musty smell and the hot breakfast items like eggs and sausage were inedible.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast—my husband and I found it delicious, even though the options were limited, and the fact that it was included in our stay is a major selling point; the room was clean, which is my top priority, and we’ve stayed with Holiday many times for these reasons and will keep coming back.
