“Es war unser zweter Aufenthalt im Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder.”
We could leave our eBikes in the basement, and a very friendly staff member helped us with that.

The hotel is well‑located, but the view from the room was depressing, the smoke smell came from below, there was a hole in the bath towel, and the bed sheet wasn’t even fitted. I’ll never stay in a 2‑star hotel again.

The staff are friendly, breakfast is decent, and the location matches the price. However, the room is poorly sound‑proofed even with double glazing, and there's a lot of noise from the tram lines outside—very loud even late at night and early in the morning.
The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the property was filthy, old, and swarming with insects. After checking out, we returned home with what looked like bed‑bug bites all over us. The hallway was also in a terrible state, littered with bird droppings and feathers. The overall hygiene was appalling and felt like a serious health risk, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
