I was not pleased at all because it feels like a scam, they don’t respond and charge a “non‑refundable” fee. BE VERY CAREFUL.

They never opened the door for me; they only replied the next day, and I’m still waiting for a refund. They also didn’t answer any of my messages on arrival day, which is awful—arriving at night and having to start looking for a hotel.
