The place is in a great spot and the front desk was friendly, but the room was stuffy and the bed was uncomfortable. The fan was loud, so I couldn't sleep when it was on.

Location is fine, but the mattress was awful and the bed was broken. The room is so small it doesn't fit tall folks, the toilet doesn't work, and there's no air conditioning.

The place is cheap, comfy, and private, and the location is great. The shower is cramped and the mattress is too firm.

Location is fine, but the place was filthy—there were rats and a bunch of cockroaches. Cleaning was barely there.

It was exactly what it promised: simple, functional, safe, and the staff were always fixing problems and looking out for us. The service for exam‑prep students is a nice touch. The only thing that could improve is the tables and chairs—standardize them with better ergonomics, but at least every room has a table and chair.
