We had a truly lovely week at Hotel Biagini and were overall more than satisfied. The entire team’s incredible warmth was especially noteworthy. We found the flexible half‑board very pleasant; we could decide each day whether to have lunch or dinner, and could add full board if needed. During our stay, meal times were 8:00–9:30 am for breakfast, 13:00 pm for lunch and 19:30 pm for dinner. Breakfast offered a classic, varied buffet. Lunch and dinner each had two dishes to choose from, both for first and second courses, plus a salad buffet and dessert. We really enjoyed the food and found it varied throughout the week. Drinks are included with breakfast; lunch and dinner are charged, but at very fair and reasonable prices. We also liked that the pool and beach are included, with loungers available. Both at the pool and the beach, staff would occasionally ask if you’d like a drink. The sea view from our balcony was a big plus for us. Our biggest plus, however, is the staff. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, warm and helpful, always ready to find a solution. Franco, the owner, was also friendly and very warm, and he speaks very good German. It’s clear that a personal touch with guests is highly valued here, which explains why the hotel has so many repeat guests. Naturally, the hotel isn’t the newest and the room furnishings don’t match today’s modern hotel style; we saw that already in the pictures on Booking and it wasn’t a problem for us. Everything was well maintained and, most importantly, always clean.
