We have stayed here a few times and it always feels like our second home. Avoid booking the family room, it isn’t worth it. The price is more than triple that of a deluxe room. The kitchen doesn’t work, there’s no fridge, and every time we turn on the water it’s very noisy. We couldn’t sleep the first night. We normally book a deluxe room, but it was fully booked. Luckily after the complaint they moved us to a deluxe room the next night.

Breakfast had few options. The towels were thin. There was no toothbrush. The mattress needs to be replaced.

My stay at the hotel was a nightmare, with the room in a deplorable state of disrepair. The ceiling was cracked, the door was broken, the glass was moldy, and there were cobwebs everywhere, not to mention the numerous mosquitoes that seemed to be everywhere. The staff's lack of attention to cleanliness was appalling, and I would not recommend room number 5 to anyone - it was like staying in a haunted house.

On the plus side, the pool was spotlessly clean, and the hotel's location was strategically perfect. However, my stay was not without its issues, as the TV in my room was temperamental, and the bed sheets had unsightly stains.

I was initially drawn to the hotel's prime location, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by some disappointing issues. The bed pillows were dirty, and the room itself was not well-maintained. To make matters worse, I had to pay for an upgrade, only to find out that the bathroom lacked a wash basin, which was a major inconvenience.
