“Super indico”

We love the location, the accommodations, and the exceptional cleanliness, especially of the pots and kitchen utensils, everything was spotless and organized. The bathroom was clean and organized with a hot shower. The pool was very clean and always filtered. The kids’ area was huge and the playroom was wonderful for the little ones. The mattress was horrible, hard, seemed like straw, twisted; the single didn’t stay straight and my daughter kept falling to the sides.

“Excelente custo benefício para quem está com crianças em Ubatuba.”

The kids’ areas – the playground and the playroom – were a real highlight, keeping our baby entertained after beach trips. Silvana and Júlio’s attentiveness made a big difference. The barbecue is poorly positioned, so some smoke drifts back into the chalet even with all precautions.

“Pousada agradável”

The place is in a great spot and the service is excellent. The lodge itself is nice and very peaceful, though the only downside was a leak right above the single bed where my daughter slept. Everything else was fine.

The service was great, but for the price you should get a towel, toilet paper, bed linens, and a trash bag. There’s a kitchen, but no sponge or detergent. There are definitely better options out there; I don’t recommend it.

“Maravilhoso.”

The place was clean, comfortable, and organized. Silvana, the receptionist, was a delight, and it’s close to everything, making it worth it. The only issue was that the neighboring rooms didn’t keep the noise down.
