We paid for a chalet and received a much inferior one with a bad smell, mold, and stained blankets—it was very bad. Everything was terrible.

The spot was spot on, but the shower just didn’t work right.

Only the location mattered. The bed wasn’t a double; it was two single spring mattresses, and the joint between them was higher than the mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep. They also didn’t offer any coffee.

The location and outdoor space match the price, but it’s not worth paying cheap for an uncomfortable stay. Inside the chalet it’s very uncomfortable, needs a lot of improvement, is disorganized and very unattractive.

The accommodation was clean and organized. However, it fell short on providing adequate blankets. Gramado is a cold destination and during our stay temperatures dipped to about 3 °C. For those traveling by plane, it’s already hard to bring enough cold-weather clothing, let alone extra blankets. In a town with such low temperatures, the lodging should offer suitable blankets for guests.
