The location, the meticulous décor, the pleasant atmosphere, the room comfort, and the staff friendliness—except for one person! That one staff member, a 30‑40‑year‑old man with very short hair or a shaved head, a three‑day beard, who worked on the morning of Sunday 18 October during breakfast/brunch, was unpleasant and unlikable, and we weren’t the only ones who noticed.

The reception, the staff, the style, and the breakfast were all great. Parking, however, remained problematic: there were no spots left in the hotel parking during our stay, but with a bit of luck you can usually find a spot a few minutes away.

The location is good (the city is conveniently reachable by metro). The hotel is clean and stylish, and there is a car‑park underground.

We didn’t take breakfast because it was waiting for us at our son’s place 200 m away. We appreciated the quality of the information provided at reception and the products supplied in the room (coffee maker, etc.). Thank you. Nothing to criticize.
