The staff were welcoming and the décor felt like a fantasy; the area was quiet, no noise, and everything was very clean. Just a heads‑up: if you want to drop off luggage early before check‑in, the restaurant isn’t open 24 hours.

Over the past few years I’ve traveled across most of Europe and I’ve never found a place as welcoming, clean, comfortable, and unique. It’s literally a 7‑minute walk from the metro, with a pharmacy, shops, and pastry shops nearby. The two owners are adorable, extremely polite, and very well‑mannered. I had a minor issue with the TV, and even though they were in the middle of a service (there’s a restaurant inside the property) they immediately sprang into action to help me. They also offer unlimited water bottles, which is rare compared to my previous stays elsewhere. When I return to Milan, I’ll definitely stay here again!
It really felt like being in Vietnam, the room was typical and the staff were very kind and welcoming; even the mattress and pillows met our needs, and I hope to return soon! The only downside was the lack of a bidet.
