“Fantastic”
We decided on a spontaneous long weekend at Riad Sougtani and, looking back, we could not have chosen a better spot. Normally we stay in city hotels, but this place offered exactly the calm and atmosphere we needed. We traveled with two adults, an 11‑year‑old child, and a baby, and from the moment we arrived it felt personal and relaxed. Because it’s a family‑run riad, the vibe is warm and genuine. Everyone is incredibly friendly, thinks ahead, and really strives to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The garden is beautifully kept and feels almost like a small oasis, with fruit trees, plenty of greenery, and animals such as turtles and cats. A lovely spot to escape the bustle of Marrakech. The rooms were tidy, clean, and tended daily. Good beds, nice showers, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food also deserves a real compliment. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were freshly prepared and fully tailored to your preferences. You tell them in advance what you like and when you want to eat, which creates a very personal experience. They also arranged taxis and excursions, which was very convenient and made everything a lot easier. We came here because of the many positive reviews, and now we fully understand why so many people are enthusiastic about this place. Today there are still very few accommodations where hospitality feels so natural. No exaggerated luxury or forced service, just sincere attention, quality, and a relaxed atmosphere for a fair price. Absolutely a place we’ll return to.
