The bed looked clean and the air conditioning worked. In the bathroom, when showering the water drips out and everything gets wet. The area wasn’t very nice.

The place sits right next to the train station and the city center, which was super convenient. However, the street noise at night kept me from sleeping well.

The host was friendly, even giving us 2 bottles of water and 2 juices, and we paid 14€ in cash for the city tax, which the host took from our documents—an odd double charge compared to the 3.5€ per person per day we paid in the Airbnbs we stayed in Verona and Parma. The room looked clean at first glance, but the bathroom had a yellowish water and paper floating, and one side of the bed carried a strong sweat smell that seemed to come from the mattress, even though the sheets were clean. The shower was almost completely clogged, the air‑conditioning was hard to set and kept stopping, the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were huge, pushing my head to the ceiling. The building itself was very old, poorly maintained, and the neighborhood smelled quite bad. I didn't leave because it was only a one‑night stay, I had to catch my flight the next day, and the reservation was non‑refundable, but I would not recommend it.
