It sits in the city centre with easy access to malls, hotels and other shopping centres. The staff are really good, especially the security uncle and the elderly gentleman. The air‑con didn’t work. The washroom wasn’t that clean. I had requested an extra bed when booking, but they only gave it to me after I asked a third time.

Location. No bottled water was provided and no bath set was paid for three guests, but they did give one bed—space was not enough, somehow managed.

The manager was super helpful and helped me book a train ticket when I couldn’t! There was drinking water and a kettle. A short tuk‑tuk ride took me to sites in Fort Kochi.

Very convenient to City center. Hotel price is very expensive since there is no drinking water facility available also no breakfast. Hence, it is not up to the expectations
