Everything was great: a clean, comfortable room with a very pleasant bed, welcoming and polite staff, and I felt right at home for a perfect night—nothing to complain about.

I didn’t actually stay here; the booking got completely messed up. I booked a hotel in Foggia, and two weeks before arrival I was told it had moved to Naples under the claim of a hotel rename, adding 200 km. Then I was told I’d be staying in this hotel in Rome, another 200 km shift. At the last minute the hotel said it couldn’t accommodate me and offered a different Rome hotel at double the cost per night. I was refunded, but I later confirmed my original booking and paid in full upon departure. I will file a formal complaint and seek compensation for the terrible service.

The accommodation simply does not exist; the people advertising it are scammers. This place is a fraud, and anyone who has it on their profile should beware.
