The view, the friendly and helpful staff, the food, and the tranquility were all great. The garden was a bit overgrown, the walkways were full of leaves, and the beach island’s water and boats were dirty. There was some maintenance needed in the unit we were booked into, but aside from that the venue is beautiful.

1. The staff were pleasant 2. The rooms were clean. 1. Location. Far from tourist attraction 2. Behind the facility there is a timber production plant. They start making noise from 8am to 5pm 3. The frogs! There swimming pool has frogs. They make noise at night every 30 minutes 4. Facilities might need a bit of some face lifting

Trevor’s service was good, yet the place was very noisy and dirty, making it impossible to sleep because people were playing soccer right under our tent. At 06h30 we were woken by the wood‑mill noise across the street, with water flowing down and muddy conditions. The shower head was awkwardly angled, spraying everywhere, and the Wi‑Fi was unreliable—either improve it or don’t advertise it.

Nothing positive to mention. There were no entry signs, no room service, and the staff wore sleeping gowns. The swimming pools were not clean.

The staff upgraded my daughter and me to a free room and provided food, but there is always a room available for upgrade.
