How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room sits nicely in the neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. It’s a large room with very high ceilings and a small balcony for two. We liked how each room had a creative and original theme. However, the hotel has several rooms that share a common kitchen and bathrooms located at the back of the hallway, which is uncomfortable. The bathroom’s location and comfort were unpleasant, and the large entrance hall that leads to the apartment felt a bit scary at night.

Nothing. The experience was downright unsettling. I rarely stay at a place with such poor maintenance, comfort, and hospitality. From the moment you enter the front door and the condominium stairs, the obvious dilapidation is evident—cracked walls, peeling plaster, cobwebs, extensive damp stains, and a general sense of neglect. Inside, the condition doesn’t improve: ceilings show large detachments, walls are deteriorated, and the rooms are far from tidy. The hygiene aspect is especially questionable. The bed had sheets so crumpled and disordered that I seriously doubted they had been replaced before we arrived. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making rest even harder. The most aggravating issue was the noise all night long; every 10‑15 minutes, even at night, a loud sound like a compressor starting up could be heard. This constant disturbance made it nearly impossible to sleep peacefully. By dawn, the street noise and confusion intensified, ruining any chance of rest. Towels were also questionable: instead of being in the room, they were placed on a cabinet in the common corridor. Only a large sheet was available, with no face or bidet towels. To top it off, the water bottle had no seal, a reusable mechanical cap, and no indication of its source—an issue that gave me no confidence at all.

The location. The bathroom was dirty, towels were displayed in the corridor, the duvet was soiled, and the bed had a spring net with insecure locks that were not suitable.
