Breakfast and the restaurant could definitely use improvement, but the excursions were first‑rate and our deluxe rooms were very charming; the staff were extremely kind and helpful. After 6 pm there was nothing to do, and the restaurant was slow and the food quality was lacking.

I felt at home, with privacy, doing everything inside the Diamond cave, and I received my family. Lunch and breakfast were wonderful.

The room was clean and very welcoming, with a nice view of the forest. The staff were wonderful and always available. Food variety was low, the property was far from Manaus, and there wasn’t much to do at night.

A very nice and comfortable apartment. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A big thank you again to Serguei! The stay and the bath in the beautifully laid out complex are included in the price, and the complex is also publicly accessible for a fee. Breakfast (included) and dinner can be had in the complex. A good base for guided tours in the Amazon region. The location is quite remote, even though it’s on the road. Walking activities outside the complex are basically impossible. Communication with the restaurant staff is very difficult and can lead to misunderstandings when ordering if you don’t speak Portuguese or Spanish. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.
