The view from our room was lovely, overlooking the tea plantations. The hot water flow from the tap was insufficient to reach the shower, making the shower unusable. There were two chairs in the room but they were only suitable for small children, not even for a small adult like myself.

Nothing. Because when I arrived, I cancelled my booking then and there. I booked a Mountain View room with balcony access. It’s already written that I can pay at the property, but before I arrived a hotel staff member called me for an advance without any mail, so I paid part of the amount, and when I arrived they gave me a totally different room than the one I booked, and they also told me that there’s no option to change until tomorrow if the room is available as per my choice. I left the hotel immediately and they are not ready to return the advance that I already paid. It’s a total waste of money and time.

The room kept my privacy intact, but the place is a rough 3km from the mall market, and the location shown on Google Maps isn’t accurate.
