The room was spacious, well‑equipped, centrally located, and close to the Mosel. The main road right outside the windows made it noisy.

The room was fairly large, but cars, buses, and trucks drove 5 m from the bed, so with the window open it was extremely loud and you couldn’t sleep. There was no smoke detector in the room, and the kitchen tap was loose, so I feared it might fall out. I had to dispose of trash myself, yet there were no bins nearby. The bathroom had neither a ventilation window nor an electric fan.

The location near the Moselle in Bernkastel and the bakery was convenient. The house was cool and had a washing machine in the common area. But there was no kitchen, a large part of the floor was bare wood, curtains didn’t keep the light out, the terrace was being used as a bike parking spot, and the lighting was poor.

The spot was great, and the balcony gave a nice view over the Moselle. However, there was no air‑conditioning or a fan, and we were on the second floor without a lift, which isn’t convenient for older folks.

The place was excellent, with free parking nearby. The balcony was exactly as requested. I had an apartment instead of a room, which was very handy to have everything at hand. A busy road in front of the door didn’t bother me in the evenings or at night because traffic was almost non‑existent. The view of the Moselle was beautiful. Nothing was wrong, everything was fine. The lack of a lift could be a drawback for some, but it didn’t matter to me.
