Housekeeping never asked if I wanted my room cleaned, the shower leaked and the room smelled, and for $422.00 the breakfast was awful – a disaster.

I’ve stayed at many Extended Stay America sites, but this was by far the worst. Check‑in took over 30 minutes, which felt absurd after a long day of travel. They demanded IDs from every adult in the rooms, and at first wouldn’t let me check into both rooms even though both reservations were under my name. They said all four adults had to be present before completing the check‑in. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained: several lights were out, there was mold in the shower, and there was no shampoo. When I asked for more, the front desk handed me a single tiny bottle for a room with four people. The worst part was finding stains on the sheets. At nearly $240 per night, this place was way overpriced for what it offered. I’ve always found Extended Stay America properties to be clean, comfortable, and reliable, so this stay was a huge let‑down.

Nothing went well – I wasn’t allowed to check in.

They moved us to another room ASAP. The floor had magnets crawling on it.
