The property was in a terrible state and poorly maintained: dust wasn’t wiped daily, the drinking glass in the room looked unwashed for years, the towel was old and had turned black, and overall cleanliness was awful. Security staff were more focused on collecting money and writing bills, only giving the bill when asked. The only perk was proximity to shopping streets, but the area is chaotic with a lot of construction, making it unsuitable for families; the bathroom was dirty and the blankets looked old or second‑hand from other hotels. Cleanliness was a total disaster—definitely not recommended for families with kids, only acceptable for bachelors if they don’t mind the mess.

“Great value stay In T Nagar”

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot, and the room was spacious enough with complimentary bottled water. The front‑desk staff were welcoming. The furniture looked a bit worn and had many scratches, but that didn’t disturb my sleep. Overall, the room could have been cleaner.
