Facilities okay. 1. First meal I had a worm on the plate; I reported it and only received apologies, no action or compensation. 2. On departure we were told a porter would bring our luggage to the room, never showed up, so we handled it ourselves. 3. Concierge Edgar promised a jacuzzi with champagne and romantic touches for my partner, but it never happened.

The stay at the hotel was excellent, the restaurants served great food without needing a reservation, the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were helpful; thanks to the management team for promptly addressing a need.

The service and willingness of everyone we met were very good, but I would have liked more information about the daily activities—maybe a flyer or a dedicated TV channel.

The staff were friendly and the food, cleanliness, indoor and outdoor environments, and beach service were all great. There was sargasso on the beach, but that’s not the hotel’s fault; they try to clean with tractors. The beach drinks had almost no alcohol. Aside from that, everything was perfect and I’ll definitely return.
