“Great stay”
Breakfast was great, and housekeeping came every day we stayed. Everyone on staff was very friendly, and the place was nice and quiet. The toilet would keep running unless you shook the handle, and Direct TV sometimes had lousy reception.
“Great stay staff recommended which rooms to ask for next time”
The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was small, and I had a hard time using a wheelchair there; the toilet was definitely not ADA‑compliant and was pretty low, even my short mother said it was low.
“Awesome”
The staff and breakfast were good. I can’t think of anything else; maybe the bathroom could use an update, but it was clean and fine.
“This hotel is a hidden gem with quiet and a pool to boot!”
The location worked perfectly for the activities we had planned nearby. The rail for the swimming pool wasn’t steady; my wife has mobility issues and it was hard for her to get out of the pool once she got in. She wanted to move to the other part of the pool with the water feature but wasn’t confident she could get in or out easily.
I asked for a room on the 1st floor because my son can’t walk long distances due to a lung disease. He and I were there for a funeral, but we were given a room on the 4th floor. The elevator broke on Friday the 10th, so he couldn’t get down because he couldn’t walk that far. On Saturday morning, when we were checking out, the elevator was quiet again and we had to wait for it to be fixed. My son said the lady at the front desk was rude and argumentative. I feel we should receive a compensation for the room.
