I only liked the location, being right in the city center; the hotel isn’t affiliated with Treebo, the rooms and common areas smell of cigarette smoke because a 24‑hour coffee shop with smokers is open, the staff were unfriendly, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and although I booked a room with breakfast, the spread was limited to only 3–4 options that had to be ordered to the room; other 3–4‑star hotels offer better facilities and ambience.

There was no “zero‑star” option, which I would have preferred; the property looks nothing like the website photos, the staff are openly disrespectful and unprofessional, and despite paying a premium for room and breakfast the experience was subpar; the manager Ajay Singh was uncooperative, so I strongly advise against booking here.

The room was spacious, but when we entered it had a bad smell, there were no slippers or towels, and the breakfast options were limited; the only thing I liked was how big the room was.
