The location was good, but some staff were poorly guided, the room size was an issue, I requested a double room and was given a room with two single beds; they were joined and the middle collapsed, making it hard to sleep well. Breakfast was weak.

The staff were very helpful and tried to assist, though there wasn’t much they could actually do. The air‑conditioning never worked, leaving the room hot all night, the TV only received three channels, and the breakfast was terrible and weak; for the price, they should have paid more attention to these details.

It’s a decent hotel in Patos, comfortable and clean rooms, well located. I really enjoyed staying there; overall it was very good.
