The room looked dirty, with a quality that reminded me of a Motel 6.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and right next to the convention center, but the front desk staff could have been a little friendlier and patient.

The proximity to the venue was great and it’s close to some good restaurants, but if I pay almost three hundred dollars a night for a hotel, I expect the place to be spotless. This hotel is gross and needs to be updated. The A/C did not work in the first room I was given. I always check for bedbugs by pulling back the mattress pad; when I checked at this location, there was a fitted sheet and mattress pad, but no mattress protector, and the mattress had stains all over it. It was disgusting. The carpet was filthy, the couch was stained, there was dust and dirt on the platform that held the mattress. They either had the A/C off in the lobby, or it wasn’t working. The bathroom was dirty. I will never stay at this property again. I expected a higher standard because this property is owned by Hilton. Wow was I wrong.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was amazing! She asked if we needed bedding for the pull‑out bed and had housekeeping bring them to the room, but the price was high.
