The room was comfy and offered a nice view, but the bathroom lacked a proper shower; it only had an old bath with a hand shower that worked poorly, and the extractor fan was fixed to an unpainted chip board.

The bathroom feels too cramped.

The staff were very friendly, the views were amazing and the rooms stayed clean, yet the beds were uncomfortable and needed an upgrade, and the mini fridge didn’t really work.

The staff were amazing, warm, and very helpful. The room’s walls need painting; my door rattled, and so did the sliding door. Both taps on the basin were not steady. As a tour operator I wouldn’t bring my clients there. It could be an amazing hotel if attention were paid to detail.

The sea view and friendly staff were the highlights, but the place was poorly maintained. The balcony looked dangerous, the door handle was almost broken with loose screws, and the restaurant on the top floor let anyone into the room – very bad. Paying R900 for that was definitely not worth it; wind cane was under the door.
