“Historical Suites VVM thoroughly deserving of a high rating”

Everything about this place was great. The location was central in the middle of the beautiful old town. Our room was spacious, well presented with beautiful fresco ceilings, and furnished in a traditional style. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and white. The best part of our stay was our host Nikos. He was such a pleasant, amiable, and accommodating guy who literally did everything possible to make our stay memorable. He arranged secure parking for our car, gave us details of sites and local eateries. Besides that, he prepared a lovely high‑tea‑style breakfast with savoury and sweet dishes. Everything was perfect. “Loved Lecce all the More because of Historical Suites VVM. Impossible to stay elsewhere next visit.”

Historical Suites and especially Nikos, our host, made Lecce Special. Nikos's detailed introduction about the facilities, and about places to see and eat at in Lecce, made it all the more exciting. Honestly, we are struggling to think of anything we didn't like

The care from Nikos was extraordinary, starting with the precise information beforehand, reliable support on the car arrival straight to the quarters, the pleasant check‑in service, great breakfast, and the very warm and friendly farewell at departure. In short, the perfect stay for us. Nothing at all.

“Highly recommend!”

I have to give a shout‑out to Nikos, the owner – he’s an amazing human being, caring, supportive, and very intelligent. If I could, I’d crown him the King of Hospitality. The property is kept in an incredibly good shape, and breakfast, included in the accommodation, is served by Nikos himself, with everything tasting amazing. I LOVED THE PLACE! Everything was perfect.

“5* Accommodation, 5* Host, 5* Location!”

Nikos, our host, was fantastic. He arranged to meet us at an easily reached point and guided us in to the parking at the accommodation. He really was amazing - lots of really good recommendations on restaurants, tickets and generally how to best spend our few days in Lecce. The breakfast was excellent - plentiful offering of boiled egg, meats, cheeses, bread, fruit, sweet biscuits, yoghurt and home made (by Nikos) traditional pasticciotto Leccese cakes - irresistable. Our room was one of only 3 so it is very quiet and peaceful. The building is historic and beautifully kept. Our room was large with a balcony. Complimentary water and a coffee machine. The bathroom was modern and had a really good shower. The location cannot be beatern - it is literally 1 minute from the Duomo. You can see the tower from the balcony. Despite the proximity to this hotspot, we found it to be a quiet street and did not have any noise in the night. Overall this was lovely accommodation with a very caring host. It was all perfect
