The place was clean and reasonably priced, and it’s just a short walk from Saiin station. The only downside was the lack of a freezer and the lobby and elevator had a cigarette smell.

When I booked, the price already included tax and other fees, yet at the front desk I was charged an additional accommodation tax. This happened repeatedly.

We didn’t get breakfast, but the location was great—many restaurants were within a short stroll. The owner was super friendly and very accommodating. The fridge was tiny, and the bottle holder was broken, so it couldn’t hold a large water bottle.

コスパが非常に良いこと。家族5人で２泊、泊まれてこの価格は想定外。しかし、ちゃんと基本の設備には事欠かない。自分たちにとっては十分過ぎるほど十分でした。また、隣のさらんばんの焼肉屋も兼ねてされている店主の丁寧な態度。姿勢、素晴らしいものでした。またわずか1分ほどで行けるコンビニ近くの立地条件も良かったです。電車やバスも乗りやすい。. あえて言うならエアコン。多分６畳用のエアコン。京都で最高気温が３９度の時、部屋の端はなかなか涼しくならない。あとはバスと一体のトイレだが、ウォシュレットがあるといいかなと思った。ちなみにウォシュレットは1階にあるので、そこを使えば事足りた。あと、やはり大都会、京都なので周辺のコインパーキングは沢山あるが高め、車で行く時は駐車代の準備は必要。
