The location and shuttle to the airport were convenient, but the mattress, linens and pillows had a strong unpleasant odor.

“For the obscene amount I paid for this room, this is unacceptable.”

The staff was great, yet I had to stay overnight in Dallas because of international flight schedules, was assigned a handicap room for an unknown reason, and the shower was broken, forcing me to take a difficult bath at 0500.

“This is the only DFW Airport hotel I will stay at until further notice”

The hotel staff rivaled the best 5‑star hotels I’ve stayed in, being the most accommodating and welcoming I’ve encountered, especially for an airport‑adjacent property; they made traveling with our toddler much easier than usual, so I’ll stay here from now on. The room was perfect for the travel crib and allowed us to set it up where we could get ready, the complimentary shuttle went straight to our gate, the restaurant was nice, and the staff made this place special.
