How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The reception staff are very friendly and the beds are comfortable; it’s very close to the city center, but I haven’t tried the food yet. The shampoo was lacking.

Everything was very good; I’ll definitely return to this hotel.

The location is right on the Zócalo or historic center, walkable to everywhere; the small hotel is very good, modern, and suitable for a night in Puebla, with very friendly staff. Everything was fine, though they don’t offer breakfast, which we already knew.

The location and staff service are good, but some amenities are missing and you can hear everything from the rooms next door.

The room was lovely, the bed super comfy, and the staff were very friendly and responded immediately to my needs. However, the cable system was awful, the signal was terrible and you couldn’t see beyond the free channels—definitely needs improvement!
