The hotel’s style, the staff’s friendliness, the generous quiet breakfast, the metro’s proximity, and the spacious calm wellness area are all great. The street‑side room wasn’t perfectly soundproof.

The décor, comfort, and service were solid, and they managed to provide all the needs for our large group.

The place is super close to the Cipro metro and a nice walk takes you to the Vatican. The building feels welcoming, offers all the services, parking, and the rooms are huge, including the bathrooms. Because there’s a restaurant, pizzeria, and rooftop, they sometimes get chaotic.

Booking pool times is poorly managed: guests are supposed to stay an hour, yet no staff supervise, so people overstay. On one reserved slot, there were too many people, implying slots were too widely distributed, making the pool and the rest unusable. The rest of the hotel is fine, but for a four‑star place, this organization needs review and improvement.

The facilities and location are nice. The breakfast is top notch, but the freshly made coffee wasn’t always available. The baristas told us to use the coffee machine, and the coffee there is less than desirable.
